What to Blog About Now that the Bachelor Season is Over and I Don't Have Any Children?!

I'll be honest here readers, I've been grappling to find things to blog about now that the Bachelor is over!  However, this is my modest attempt at writing about "blog worthy" topics: (P.S. this post was intended to be posted March 29th...it's a bit outdated, don't judge!)

1) I turned 26 on March 19th.  It was just like any other day, except that my husband planned a surprise birthday party for me!  (AND got to go shopping at Anthropologie with no complaining!)  His deception skills have been finely tuned after planning a surprise engagement party for us a couple of years ago.

1)a. I also went fishing with my Dad and Matt the day before and caught this little gem!

2) I got a sewing machine for said birthday and these are a few photos of my latest exploits in the sewing-sphere.  I'm well aware that this gift has probably aged me at least 10 years, but I. don't. care.  Best gift ever!

3) Lily was abducted and subsequently returned by aliens on our back "patio".

4) We got a Shipley's donuts down the street a month or so ago, and we had a lovely family outing this past weekend.  Lily is a fan.

So what do we do in the space between Bachelor/ette seasons?!  Well, I will likely be posting photos of my dog, or other events I think you might be interested in.  And this week/next, I'll be traveling to Arizona for the first time for Matt's cousin's wedding!  I'll be sure to post pictures of those adventures!
